The Charity for the F Matthias Alexander Technique (working name "Friends of the Alexander Technique") is an Educational Charitable Company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales (Company Number 3153329), and a Registered Charity (No.1053863).
We value your data which is stored securely on computer by our data controller (Company Secretary) and, for associate members, also in files kept at our registered office. We also use a third-party service and a third-party provider (see below).
Google Analytics
When someone visits www.fmatcharity.org we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. How do we use your data?
We only use your data (name and email address) to send you information about our events. If you are an associate member of the charity then we also keep records of payments you have made and, where relevant, Gift Aid forms in order to comply with accounting standards for charitable companies.
